Standing Long Jump - an exercise used by
everyone from track and field athletes to football players trying out
for the NFL. Coaches use Standing Long Jumps to build leg strength in
their athletes.
Hi I am really enjoying athletics and I am really happy and excited that I qualified for long Jump. :)
