ATHLETICS

This term we are preparing for our school Athletics! Here are some videos for inspiration:

Standing Long Jump - an exercise used by everyone from track and field athletes to football players trying out for the NFL. Coaches use Standing Long Jumps to build leg strength in their athletes.

  10. The 10 year old who ran in the 200m sprint was so fast. he must have trained very hard.
